Sometimes the simplicity of a theme is its beauty. Flood is a brand new RapidWeaver theme modelled around the existing ThemeFlood website. A clean and contemporary design, vivid banner container and cutting-edge navigation gives this theme the edge. By keeping all the styling generic, Flood can flow into a multitude of different project types, such as blogs, portfolios, marketing and e-Commerce. Styling is carefully designed to put maximum emphasis on your content.

A choice of four horizontal content containers give you the ability to break outside of a conventional 2-column theme layout. Build sophisticated layouts using plugins such as stacks, Extra Content and the PlusKit plugin. Break up blocks of content into elegant columns and banners, which ooze with Web 2.0 goodness.

Beneath the surface, Flood hosts a wealth of powerful theme settings. Switch between a standard drop-down navigation layout or a mega-menu. Easily customise text formatting, fonts and colour schemes. Add your own banner background images, slideshows and content switchers. The content container can be set to span 100% of the theme, giving plenty of breathing space for plugins such as RapidCart, RapidAlbum, Blocks and Stacks. Flood supports 39 embedded font faces, delivered via the Google Font Directory. The theme also includes useful 'functions' in the sidebar, to display a RapidSearch search bar, date, time or details of when the page was last updated.

Flood is the first RapidWeaver theme by ThemeFlood with a new HTML5 doctype. This gives you enormous possibilities to use new code, stacks and plugins which are already compatible with HTML5. Rest assured though that everything remains backwards compatible as far back as IE6. Flood is also an excellent performer on devices like the iPhone and iPad. A print.css file is also included for superb print output.
