levels are not calculated as, they are read from text file of the defined format.
for each forex charts it is needed to create a seperate file "Levels_RS_<name_charts>.csv".
the file format supports the differ of strong levels which on the diagram imaged with thick lines. i using this indicator for inference on the level diagram published by teletrade
