Incorrect Affiliate 2checkout Integration

Hi!



I think there are some issues when a sale is processing via 2Checkout.



So if a buyer uses a coupon code in 2Checkout, then this will not affect affiliate share, and the percentage to their commission will be still deducted from the total amount of purchase, instead of from the total price after discount.

Also, if a sale is refunded/reversed in 2Checkout, this thing will not appear in Transaction log.
