Welcome to Hyperfit and thank you for your purchase. This program is for those who (in conjunction with a healthy diet) want to lose weight and/or get (very) fit whilst not losing (maybe even gaining some) strength a long the way. In this program you will find 3 gym based days as well as a 4th day that only prescribes training effort percentages and time frames, this is a day for you to add in your own choice of cardio, for example you may want to apply this session to a swimming effort or you may like the spin bike so you can apply the 4th session to that, you can even apply it to skipping (but instead of distance being the outcome you may use Double Unders). I want to say here how important it is to make sure that you're hitting 8-10k steps a day if you don't have a really active job, this will not only aid in recovery but it'll also burn extra calories through out the day and longer walks are great to break up stressful days at work/ home. To me fitness involves being a healthy person (however you define that), but it also means that you are very capable of keeping a solid output on any form of cardio for a good amount of time, but that's not as easy to achieve as most think. To be a beast across running, swimming, rowing, assault bikes.. whichever forms of cardio you may use takes more than just sitting on them for hours each week, it takes strength, intent, pain tolerance, your heart being strong enough to supply adequate amounts of oxygen to your muscles to maintain a sustained effort for a certain amount of time and more.....
