Recover old download link/generate new licence

Although at the time of purchase we strongly advise that you make a backup of the installer to a USB or CD disc, (and also offer a lifetime upgrade deal), we often hear from people who have bought an expensive new computer and struggle to reinstall their old software.

Lifetime customers can always get a new link from us.

But for others, we reluctantly must charge for the time it takes to track down your original purchase manually, and arrange a new download link or serial number.

Although it probably makes more sense to upgrade the software for a small fee at the same time as upgrading the computer (because Microsoft and Apple often make changes that will eventually break the software),

this service will get you back up and running with the original software, or we will refund the fee. :)
