As an advanced and highly experienced Microsoft Excel user, I have put together this easy to use Time Sheet.

This template has been developed and tested in Microsoft Excel 2007 – 2013, to accurately manage your employee’s time management throughout a year. The annual leave year is set a default to run from January to December, however you can easily change this by updating ONE CELL (yes one cell to change the whole workbook, including charts and tab names!!).

You do not have to be an advanced excel user to use and adjust this template. This workbook does contain macros to help you maintain the timesheet and make it more user friendly.

There is one cell to completely change all the formulas and dates to another year so you can re-use this template as many times as you like.

Workbook Contents

To summaries you will be receiving:

1) Easy to use and maintain Time Sheet.

2) One date to change all sheets and calendars to a year and 12 month period to suite you.

3) 8 pre-defined leave reasons (Holiday, Half Day Holiday, Sickness, Half Day Sickness, Training, Doctors, Dentist & Bank Holidays) and the option to add another 17 more.

4) Option to enter your own office closure dates.

5) Yearly Calendar for the company and at a employee level, this is ideals for 1-1s.


All new versions are FREE.

IMPORTANT: You will need a Laptop/PC running a Windows operating system and a full version of Microsoft Excel 2007 onward installed to use this spreadsheet. This will not run using Open Office for example.
