Most of us can probably say it happens way more often than we would like it to.
When you have kids (each with their own schedule), work commitments, and school commitments, adding dinner to the mix can feel overwhelming sometimes.
Fortunately, we have a solution for you. I’m sharing my family’s go-to weeknight recipes.
These meals are the ones we keep cooking over and over again because they fit my three requirements for dinner during the week:
We eat something off this list for dinner at least three times a week (the rest of the week may or may not involve cereal . . . ) and several of these recipes are ones we have been making for years.
