{ HOW TO USE THIS PACK }

Muslims go to Makkah for Hajj in the Islamic month of Dhul Hijjah because it is the 5th pillar of Islam. They are there to fulfill their faith. Hajj is a once in a lifetime obligation that all Muslims must fulfill if they've the means to. 


This pack contains printable play material for children to imagine and make believe that they are going on Hajj!


{ PRINTING AND ASSEMBLE }

This pack contains the following:

  2. 6 Identification Tags
  3. 6 realistic-looking ID Cards
  4. A full A4 size Hajj Map and
  5. 18 cards that explain the various steps of Hajj. 


Print all the pages or individual pages that you like. All these sheets are designed to be printed on A4 size paper. 


{ HOW TO MAKE THE PASSPORTS }

Cut along the lines. Fold the passports in quarter fold and fill in the details of the child. Paste /draw a picture inside. 


{ HOW TO MAKE THE HAND IDENTIFICATION BANDS }

Cut along the lines. Fill in the details and glue the ends to make a band.


{ HOW TO MAKE THE IDENTIFICATION BADGES }

Cut around the lines. Past a picture of the child or let your child draw a face. Fill in the details as follows: An imaginary ID number, name and date of birth. Paste the card on a slightly bigger green card stock . Punch a hole in the card and thread some lace or ribbon (as shown below) for your child to hang around their neck.


{ HOW TO USE THE HAJJ MAP }

Children can use the map as it is or they can stick it on card stock to make it more stiff. Print the map and explain to the child the route of the pilgrims following the arrows. The numbers on the map are explained in the cards. 


{ HOW TO USE THE PLAY CARDS }

You can either print out the cards on either card stock or on A4 size paper. Cut along the lines to separate them.


If you are using paper, either laminate the cards or stick on a cardboard to make them stiff. Make a hole on one end of the card. Use a key ring to keep the cards together.
