What is your policy regarding "orphaned" copyrights? I have five knitted lace doily patterns I would like to list, and have received an email forwarded from the German National Periodicals Database stating that the original publisher is no longer in existence, and has no heirs or successor companies. I don't want to get kicked off e-junkie because of a problem with the copyrights for these patterns. So, let me know if it would be okay to list the patterns. # POSTED ON: December 16, 2007 @ 15:55 GMT -7 |

Our policy is pretty straightforward. Anything that you own selling rights to (also, f a piece of content has fallen in public domain, there is nothing to stop you from selling it), is not illegal and is allowed by the payment processor you are using, can be sold using E-junkie. We only take down a piece of content listed in our store if we receive a formal complaint/DMCA notice from the publishers. # POSTED ON: December 16, 2007 @ 15:55 GMT -7 |
