Hi, Is there any transaction log that contains the VAT or sales tax that was paid? I would like to create a monthly report to work out how much tax I need to pay. For some reason Google checkout doesn't have this kind of information and it also doesn't seem to be in the transaction log. Any ideas what I can do? Thanks so much in advance, Geoff # POSTED ON: January 24, 2008 @ 02:55 GMT -7 |

Currently, we do not display transaction log containing the VAT or sales tax. However, its in our to-do list. # POSTED ON: March 10, 2008 @ 17:31 GMT -7 |

Hi, Has this been implemented yet or is it still on a 'to do' list? Thanks, Sam # POSTED ON: April 17, 2009 @ 07:29 GMT -7 |

Tax applied to each order is now displayed in your E-junkie Seller Admin > View/Download Transaction Log. # POSTED ON: April 19, 2009 @ 13:07 GMT -7 |

Hi, I've now set up the shopping facility for my client and several transactions have been made, but there is no record of the VAT amount in the transaction log. Am I missing something or have I incorrectly set something up? Thanks, Sam # POSTED ON: May 14, 2009 @ 09:07 GMT -7 |

VAT should be reported in the Tax column in your Seller Admin > View/Download Transaction Log. If you are seeing nothing or 0.00 reported in that column after you configure Cart Sales Tax & VAT Settings, make sure each product's settings also have Sales Tax/VAT enabled if you want them to add VAT. # POSTED ON: May 15, 2009 @ 13:29 GMT -7 |

Ok great, thanks. One other thing, if that's ok. If I enable the 'Sales Tax/VAT' on the first page of the product description, will this add an additional 15% to the price of the product? So for instance, if I have a product that is entered as £10 in the variants section, when I add this to my shopping cart, will it show up as £11.50 or £10.00 and additional £1.50 VAT or would it actually deduct the correct amount from the £10 total so that the VAT would never actually be visible to the buyer, only to ourselves in our admin area? Hope that makes sense. Thanks, Sam # POSTED ON: May 20, 2009 @ 00:53 GMT -7 |

Sales Tax and VAT gets added to the order as a separate line-item in the cart. It does not affect the price shown for any individual product. # POSTED ON: May 20, 2009 @ 15:16 GMT -7 |
