"Cart Error: Free Checkout blocked for your IP address due to abuse."

I got that message last night while I was trying to fix my Payment Verification Information URL. I was able to verify it's (finally) working with only one more $5 order, but:

A) will this blocking reset itself after a while,
B) or do I need to conduct Live Testing more carefully and from other buildings in the future?

We let an IP address do 5 free checkouts of each merchant in 48 hours. So if you try tomorrow, it will work for you.
