Paypal + Googlecheckout problem

I had set up a Google Checkout for digital delivery earlier today. The problems I am having are
With Paypal: The PayPal says the purchase is pending.
With Google Checkout: Google Checkout said "click here to retrieve" and you'll get an email.

The Paypay says the purchase is pending

That will happen if you paid using an echeck or payment could be pending due to settings in your paypal account. Once you accept the payment, paypal will ask and save your preference. Product will be delivered as soon as the payment clears.

Google checkout said "click here to retrieve" and you'll get an email.

Can you please confirm that you have followed the steps at http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/google-checkout-shopping-cart.php

That fixed it. I had set up the Google Checkout earlier today and I never went back and checked the integration fields. From a UI point of view you may want to make a not to do that in the set-up area on your site where you ask for the Google merchant ID and key.

I tried the PayPal again and it's giving me a reciept online and in email. There's a button on the receipt that says "Complete Purchase". If it said "Download Purchase" it might make sense, but it's coming up at a timing point in the process that is apparently after the purchase is complete. Do you know what it does? There's also kind of a silly "Continue" button at the bottom of the page that leads to a Yahoo Toolbar download offer.

If you don't like the "complete purchase" button at PayPal page, you can enable "Auto Return" and "Payment Data Transfer" in your PayPal and the user will be redirected automatically to the download without having to click the button.

I don't see where I have those options in PayPal.

It's in your PayPal Profile under Website Payment Preferences. Please note, it will ask you to enter a URL for return, you can simply put any URL there (like your website URL) as we override that dynamically.
