browser cart confirmation customer email followed google-checkout html information instructions integration logs message passed placed processing reset sale session shopping show third

When a customer is processing a sale on Google Checkout, it looks like the information is not passed back to you guys. First, the customer does not get the confirmation email/html message I have placed. Second, your logs do not show the sale. Third, your shopping cart does not reset in the customer's browser session. Why? :)
