The shopping cart doesn't work for most of our visitors that use internet explorer. The cart just doesn't come up when you click buy now or the other buy buttons. Do you know of any way to fix this? # POSTED ON: March 12, 2008 @ 15:26 GMT -7 |

That sounds like HTML issues on your webpage. Please paste the VIEWCART and ADD TO CART button code you got from E-junkie admin in a blank page and try that. Our cart works 100% in IE6, IE7, Opera, Safari, FireFox, with or without JavaScript enabled. # POSTED ON: March 12, 2008 @ 15:26 GMT -7 |

My clients are telling me that after they input their credit card information, it just hangs and they aren't able to complete the deal. Can't find anything on troubleshooting that id's this. I tried to purchase something from my site and I got this: 3 123 This account has not been given the permission(s) required for this request. << Click here to go back # POSTED ON: June 24, 2009 @ 11:20 GMT -7 |

That appears to be an Authorize.Net error code, so double-check every step of our Authorize.Net integration procedure to make sure you haven't overlooked anything: http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/authorize.net-shopping-cart.htm If you're certain that has all been correctly done, then we would suggest contacting Authorize.Net support staff to report that error code for further assistance from them. # POSTED ON: June 24, 2009 @ 14:53 GMT -7 MODIFIED ON: June 24, 2009 @ 14:55 GMT -7 |

You should be able to try a test checkout with any valid credit card. You can just refund the payment back right away. # POSTED ON: June 25, 2009 @ 12:32 GMT -7 |
