I purchased a software package from from a merchant selling on your site. After downloading it i cannot find it in my computer. when i contacted them i was told to go to e-junkie and that i could download my software three more times then link would be lost.

I am sorry but we do not handle customer support for merchants. They need to and should not have any problem issuing you a download link themselves.

I have downloaded one of your products form your selction of items to buy in your shop, at E-Junkie.com when i was done downloading it, there was nothing in it. The file that i kept on klick on gave me an error meassage. Saying that the file was damaged and or was not there. So can you please email me back
