address available billing buyers channels collect considering contact ejunkie enable fact fulfillment info payment paypal phone purposes recurring scott service standard transactions

We are considering using this service, and I have a question about how to contact buyers after the fact. We need to get their name/address/billing info/phone, etc. for recurring transactions and fulfillment purposes. Does Ejunkie collect this from Paypal Standard (or any of the other payment channels) and make it available?
