sending thru your server not mine

I have the $18/month service package with you - we have a product that requires a download and we want it to point to our server. I have entered in that download link in the product details - however, when I send a test e-mail it tries to send through a link to download the file from your server (which would be difficult - I haven't uploaded a copy since I want to use the link we provide). Is there a setting I am missing?

If you entered the remote URL, the download will go through us. If you want to provide user the direct link to download from your server, you can enter that in the thank you email and/or in the thank you page html field.
