PayPal has acknowledged and now fixed delays in their IPN (payment confirmations) which occurred from late night Wed16Apr08 thru late this morning of Thu17Apr08. If you were seeing payments cleared in PayPal but not confirmed in E-junkie (nor thank-you/download-link emails sent), this is why, and we should be catching up to them now. Official notice follows:
