How can we tell if our product to be downloaded has uploaded? I don't see any status on the product site, which would be a great idea telling us the file and date it was uploaded. Maybe I'm just missing it. I tried a test purchase through the free sample link, it said that none of my files were there. Confused.

Log into your Seller Admin and then "View Account Summary" to see totals of how many product slots and storage MB you are using. Then use the "Send free thank-you email/download link" to send yourself a download link for the affected product(s). If you can use that link to download a fresh copy of the file and try to open that copy of the file.
If that works, then you're all good. If not, you can reupload a fresh copy of the file in Seller Admin > View/Edit/Delete Products, select the relevant product and Edit, then you will see the Overwrite Product File button. :^)

Thanks, Tyson. I'll have to check out the View Account Summary area. I had not seen that, or looked for it, there yet. I went back in and uploaded again, using a different web browser. Seems to have worked this time. Not sure what the problem was with IE. It seemed to log me out just when the upload was completed. Flock (new browser from former Netscape folks) worked okay. I know a lot of people use Firefox now, ... say it's better than IE. I haven't downloaded that browser yet, but may if Flock doesn't seem to work out okay.

I found the View Account Summary area that you spoke of. It does help. Would also be great if the uploaded file and date of upload would be listed on the product page. It would let you know what file was currently on the server, in a detailed way, even before you tried to test through free download.

If you go to View/Edit/Delete Products from your Seller Admin page, and "Edit" one of your digital Products, it will say something like "You uploaded <file name> (<size>) on <date> @ <time> :)

Thanks, Stefanie. That's exactly what I was looking for. Guess since I hadn't uploaded successfully before, I wouldn't have been able to see it. Thanks again.
