We accidently remove the wrong person from our program, and now we cannot add him back to the program. We told him to go back click the affiliate URL to sign backup, but our product does not showup for this person. What should I do? # POSTED ON: June 9, 2008 @ 19:27 GMT -7 |

He is probably trying to use the "get affiliate codes" function of his Affiliate Admin before he has actually re-joined your program. The easiest thing you can do is right-click on your own Affiliate recruitment link and "Copy Link Location" or "Copy Shortcut" and then paste that link URL into an email you send him, with instructions to click that link and then log into his Affiliate Admin to get new codes (none of his old codes will work anymore). # POSTED ON: June 10, 2008 @ 16:42 GMT -7 MODIFIED ON: June 10, 2008 @ 16:43 GMT -7 |

That does not work. I believe we removed him completely from using the affiliate link. We have tried to do it for him, but it does not work that way either. What other suggestions do you have? # POSTED ON: June 10, 2008 @ 18:22 GMT -7 |

He may need to delete his browser cookies, so that a new affiliate cookie can be set when he clicks your affiliate-recruitment link. # POSTED ON: June 10, 2008 @ 18:54 GMT -7 |

That did not work. Is there a chance that we knock him out of our program, and that he needs to use a new email to set this up. # POSTED ON: June 10, 2008 @ 19:30 GMT -7 |

Either that, or more likely he might just need to register for a new E-junkie login account, since his current account is removed/blocked from rejoining your Affiliate list. If this is impractical (e.g., if he is participating in other E-junkie Merchants' Affiliate programs as well), please send your E-junkie login email and your erroneously-blocked Affiliate's login email to development@e-junkie.com, so we can manually edit the database to fix this special case for you. # POSTED ON: June 11, 2008 @ 18:16 GMT -7 |

Hi all, I'm new to Fundraiser 1.0 Anyone can help me to explain the function of Kilobyte ownership in Fundraiser 1.0? I have an example and anyone can comment whether it is correct or not. I have purchase phase I, Level 1 for $5.00 (10% payout) first and then Level 2 for $15.00 (15% payout). Does my referrer gain $5 x 0.1 + $15 x 0.15 = $2.75 ? Then if I have referred 1 new buyer to buy Phase I, Level 1 for $5.00 (10% payout), then I can gain $5 x 0.1 = $0.5? Then if I referred 9 more new buyers to buy Phase I, Level 1 for $5.00 (10% payout), then I can gain $5 x 0.1 x 9 = $4.5? Is it correct? Thanks, let us work well to raise money~~ Tommy # POSTED ON: April 4, 2009 @ 13:50 GMT -7 |

Please contact the Merchant who sells Fundraiser and operates the affiliate program for that product. You can use the Contact Merchant function in your E-junkie Affiliate Admin to send a message to the email address we have on file for that Merchant. E-junkie is just a software service that merchants use to manage their own Affiliate program independently, so we can't really advise you on what instructions they may want you to follow or how they choose to administer their program, such as how they choose to pay out commission earnings. # POSTED ON: April 30, 2009 @ 13:46 GMT -7 |

Please contact the merchant who sold you any product you have purchased, or who manages any affiliate program you have joined. E-junkie itself does not sell any products, does not operate any affiliate programs, and is not directly involved in any particular merchant's business operations. E-junkie is just a software service that thousands of independent merchants use to manage their online orders and affiliate programs on their own. We don't know anything about their products or affiliate programs, anymore than Microsoft knows anything about how you use your Windows computer. :^) # POSTED ON: June 21, 2009 @ 17:15 GMT -7 |

I just searched Google for "Fundraiser 1.0" and found their site. Their contact details including phone numbers are at the bottom of the page: http://bedzzzinn.com/fundraiser1.0/ # POSTED ON: August 13, 2009 @ 18:36 GMT -7 |
