Affiliate Program Issue

We accidently remove the wrong person from our program, and now we cannot add him back to the program. We told him to go back click the affiliate URL to sign backup, but our product does not showup for this person. What should I do?

He is probably trying to use the "get affiliate codes" function of his Affiliate Admin before he has actually re-joined your program. The easiest thing you can do is right-click on your own Affiliate recruitment link and "Copy Link Location" or "Copy Shortcut" and then paste that link URL into an email you send him, with instructions to click that link and then log into his Affiliate Admin to get new codes (none of his old codes will work anymore).

That does not work. I believe we removed him completely from using the affiliate link. We have tried to do it for him, but it does not work that way either. What other suggestions do you have?

He may need to delete his browser cookies, so that a new affiliate cookie can be set when he clicks your affiliate-recruitment link.

That did not work. Is there a chance that we knock him out of our program, and that he needs to use a new email to set this up.

Either that, or more likely he might just need to register for a new E-junkie login account, since his current account is removed/blocked from rejoining your Affiliate list.

If this is impractical (e.g., if he is participating in other E-junkie Merchants' Affiliate programs as well), please send your E-junkie login email and your erroneously-blocked Affiliate's login email to development@e-junkie.com, so we can manually edit the database to fix this special case for you.
