Hi, the other day I was applying a 100% discount to one of my client's products, to see how/if it worked. So I just clicked the "Edit E-Junkie Cart Discounts & Gift Certificates" - link and made a new discount-code, set it to apply in % and choose 100 ---> Pressed submit. Then I added an item by pressing the Add to Cart button - code-field appeared, I could enter to code, the total changed to zero and I could finish the process and get the free download. Now when I want to do it again, nothing happens. I made a new discount-code, put it be valid for 20 downloads and no box/code-field appears. Any idea what is wrong here? I tried the same process on 2 products now, with the same result ---> no insert code box/field appears. Also, while I was testing this I got the "Out of stock" message when trying to add one of the two items I been testing the discount-code with. This is a download-only product, I don't think I have applied any restrictions on amounts/stock on these items. Anyone here who can help me out with this? :) EDIT----> Just realized I had checked Inventory-control by mistake - the Out Of Stock-issue is now fixed - still need help on the Discount-codes though :) # POSTED ON: June 11, 2008 @ 09:47 GMT -7 MODIFIED ON: June 11, 2008 @ 09:49 GMT -7 |

Perhaps you had set that Cart Discount Code to be good for only a one-time use? Go into your Seller Admin > Edit Cart Discounts, select the relevant discount from the menu and click Load, then you can set that discount's Maximum Use Count = 0 to allow that code to be good for unlimited uses and Submit to save changes. # POSTED ON: June 11, 2008 @ 18:48 GMT -7 |
