Customising the after purchase email to the seller

Hello,

How do I customise the email that is sent to the seller after a buyer has made a purchase?

Our form has 4 options (including 2 custom text fields) and the information that is typed on our site and visible in the shopping cart is not being sent through in the ejunkie email to the buyer.

Our options are as follows:

< name="o1" value="Location">

< name="on0" value="Colour" > with < name="os0" />

< name="on1" value="Baby Details" /> with <textarea name="os1" >

< name="on2" value="Delivery Details" /> with <textarea name="os2" >

Please confirm how I can include these in the seller's email(s).

And how do I include the above in the buyer's email?
