Hello, Fast description: I have 1-page sales page with 1 information product. I want the buyer to have the option to either get the pdf (electronic delivery) -OR- a printed book shipped to them. I want the process of ordering to be as smooth as possible, with the least number of clicks. What would you advise me technically? 2 Add-to-cart buttons or 2 Buy buttons ? Or even, 1 Buy button where the user will be presented with the choice to reveive a pdf OR printout, AFTER he/she clicked on the Buy button? Again, I want this to be as smooth as possible for the user and as easy for me technically as possible. Can you give me a basic skeleton of how to proceed and I will read the documentation and try to implement it. An example of a similar site would be nice too. Thanks in advance for your time ! -S # POSTED ON: September 9, 2008 @ 09:27 GMT -7 |

In your case, you should use cart buttons if - 1. You want to use multiple payment processors (PayPal, Google Checkout etc.) OR 2. You want the buyers to be able to buy both OR 3. If you want the buyers to be able to buy more than one copy of your tangible item else, use the buy now buttons. Whichever buttons you decide to use, you can paste them both in your webpage as-it-is or if you are familiar with HTML, you can modify them and combine them in a dropdown. That is really upto you. # POSTED ON: September 9, 2008 @ 11:59 GMT -7 |
