Hi, I've looked through the 'help' section, but I'm still having trouble setting up flat rate shipping. I have 3 kinds of products, each with 3 shipping options, and I can't figure out how to add this to e-junkie. Any help would realy be appreciated. Tom p.s If it helps, the products are: A5 Prints - UK P&P (£1.65), EU P&P (£5.00), ROW P&P (£5.35) A4 Prints - UK P&P (£1.85), EU P&P (£5.55), ROW P&P (£6.45 ) A3 Prints - UK P&P (£3.80), EU P&P (£6.80), ROW P&P (£8.50) # POSTED ON: February 3, 2009 @ 13:52 GMT -7 MODIFIED ON: February 4, 2009 @ 05:33 GMT -7 |

Hi, Does anyone know how to do this? I still can't find a solution in the 'help' section. Cheers, Tom # POSTED ON: February 4, 2009 @ 05:34 GMT -7 |

Finally. After much fiddling around, I manage to get roughly what I needed, though it's a bit of a downer only having 'domestic' and 'international' shipping If you're in the UK, shipping to the Europe cost less than International, and we obviously don't want to charge more than we have to for S&H. It's also a bit disheartening to see that even though I posted here twice, and emailed through the e-junkie site, I didn't receive any response to my problem. I've just joined and not subscribed yet, so do any other users here know if this is the norm? Cheers, Tom # POSTED ON: February 4, 2009 @ 13:18 GMT -7 |

Hi Tom, I'm sorry, as you found, unfortunately, currently, we can't subdivide International destinations, and we can't offer a selection of different shipping services. I apologize for the delay in response! We do have new shipping features in development, but I cannot speculate what will make it through the final "cut". # POSTED ON: February 4, 2009 @ 13:35 GMT -7 |

Tom...even though I posted here twice, and emailed through the e-junkie site, I didn't receive any response to my problem. I've just joined and not subscribed yet, so do any other users here know if this is the norm? For the record, we typically respond to support inquiries, both here in the Forum and via email, within less than 24 hours, and usually same-day in most cases. It's great to have Stefanie back from leave, and we're also hiring another support person locally, so we'll be better able to keep on top of inquiries in a more consistently timely fashion. # POSTED ON: February 4, 2009 @ 14:13 GMT -7 |
