Hi, I've been using e-junkie for about a year. This is the first time this has ever happened. Someone bought a digital download product with google checkout and I received the email from google but it's not showing up in my e-junkie transaction log and they did not get the download link. My concern is did the sale really go through. In Google it shows the transaction and amount but says 0.00 was charged and I don't know if this is right because I've never had to look at that info before. So basically I'm trying to decide if I should send her the download link or if there was something wrong with the credit card.

Ok well the transaction finally showed up, 3 hrs later.

There have been occasional delays with Google Checkout completing payments, usually only if they suspect something fishy about a payment, so they put the transaction in Reviewing status and do some extra processing and double-checking before eventually giving the payment Completed status and notifying us of that so we can finish processing the sale for you.
