I have very recently been informed by a customer that they were receiving an error message when trying to purchase from my site, the error states" "This product combination does not exist." when i logged in to ej to check, all of my products had gone, there's none available in the drop down menu. Question is, has this happened to anyone else? how was it resolved? and what caused it? i haven't received any emails about my membership or late payments etc. any help in avoiding having to enter all that info again would be much appreciated.
