Statcounter Code Has Gotten Temperamental Lately

I've had Statcounter code for my sales for many months so that I can tell where my actual sales are coming from, and it has worked just fine. Beginning a few days ago, some of the transactions are not reporting in Statcounter. I use two Statcounter codes on my website: one that tracks all the pages that a visitor visits, and one just for the sales transaction (this one is in E-J only). Among the problematic ones today was one visitor who was tracked through 20 pages or so on my website just fine, but when he hit the sales part in E-J, he wasn't tracked. I can identify four "problem" transactions recently, each from different sales pages, but all related to the same code in E-J:

(1) 7 Step Business Plan - Retail: 0M862673G2576034G;

(2) 7 Step Business Plan - Credit Repair: 0KF51384TW693273A;

(3) 7 Step Business Plan - Catering: 7CU40669GJ310270F;

(4) 7 Step Business Plan - Casino: 19V248088B387492T.

During the same time period there were other transactions that were tracked just fine, using the identical Statcounter code. I can't imagine what is causing the erratic behavior of the code, since I haven't touched the code either in Statcounter or in E-J. Ideas?

We're not clear what you mean about "one just for the sales transaction (this one is in E-J only)" / "sales part in E-J" -- is that referring to a product page where you have your Add to Cart button, or the post-checkout thank-you page, or...???

It is in the "Customize Your Product Download" Page. That is the ONLY place this Statcounter code appears, and it is the same code for all products.

If you are referring to custom tracking code you've added to your E-junkie Thank-you Page, all we can suggest is to review your settings to make sure you haven't inadvertently altered your customizations there.

Your Thank-you Page customizations would not be altered if you did not edit them, and whatever custom code you provide would always be inserted in your Thank-you Page. Extra code you want added the same to every thank-you page for every purchase would go in your Seller Admin > Account Preferences > Common Thank-you Page HTML field; code you want to add to the thank-you page only for purchase of certain specific product(s) would go in the Message (HTML) field in each product's settings.

Maybe Statcounter might have some new code you'd need to use? Also, if Statcounter tracking is cookie-based You might also be interested in some of the information explained here:
