Just wanted to let you guys know that PayPal sided with me on an unauthorized transaction dispute. I provided the method of shipping as digital delivery and gave them the IP from the buyer. A couple of days later, they contacted me stating that they found no evidence of unauthorized use, so no funds were recovered from my account.

Looks like PayPal is starting to support the digital market, eh?

Hopefully this helps combat any fraudsters in the future!

Because I read your post I tried the same thing with a recent "unauthorized transaction dispute" and won it as well! Until now I assumed you couldn't do much if you're not able to provide physical shipping information. Thanks!
