This is a wordpress plugin from Kansieo. Cannot contact them. Does anyone know if they are still in business and have an email that works. Thanks

Do you mean Caffeinated Content? This contact form will send a message to the only email address we have on file for that merchant:

Thanks for the response. I tried the email, no response. No response to support email or support tickets through member login.

As best I can tell, this company is no longer in business. The product Caffeinated Content should NOT be sold. This is a dead product that does not function as advertised. I have lost $77 on the transaction.

All I can say is that merchant is an active subscriber paying us a monthly fee to continue using our service to help them sell their product, and we've had no other complaints.

You may be able to get your money back without the seller's cooperation. If you have paid for a product and cannot gain satisfaction from the seller directly, we would recommend that you file a dispute about your payment, using the resolutions process provided by your payment processor (PayPal/Google Checkout/etc.) and/or your card issuer.

I have sold tons of these over the last 5 months and have yet to get paid one dime of affiliate commissions. They should be shut down.

I have tried to contact them MANY times about my commissions and they just don't respond and the email is not bouncing so I know they are getting it.

DO NOT sign up as a reseller of this product. They do not support the product, or pay out their affiliates.

I am going to seek further action on this.

Typically, monthly commission payments are paid out via PayPal, sent to whatever PayPal Email you have listed in your E-junkie Affiliate Admin > Edit Profile screen. Our records show that your account Profile has a PayPal Email identical to your E-junkie Login Email; if that is not the email you use to log into your PayPal account, then you should Edit Profile to fix that setting, so your commission payments would be going to the right PayPal account.

It is the merchant's responsibility to provide support for their affiliates and to pay out commissions in a timely fashion. We only provide software merchants can use to take online orders and manage their own affiliate program; we have no way of monitoring how they administer their program and no way of knowing when, how, or even if they actually pay out commissions.

This particular merchant has many hundreds of affiliates with many thousands of sales made (quite a few via affiliate referrals), yet you and the fellow who started this thread are the only complaints we've received about them; if there were anything shady going on, we'd certainly be getting a lot more complaints (as we have in the past whenever other merchants have tried to use our software for scamming activity).

Your business relationship is with the merchant directly and solely, so if you cannot resolve the matter amicably with them, please bear in mind there is nothing we can do to "force" them to comply. Our system does not even handle any actual payment funds from buyers; all payment funds go to the seller directly via a third-party payment processor like PayPal, so it is the merchant's responsibility to pay any and all commissions earned out of their own pockets.

Please contact the merchant who operates your affiliate program with any other questions you may have about their program and method of paying commissions. You can use the Contact Merchant function in your E-junkie Affiliate Admin to send a message to the same email address we have on file for a given merchant.
