I have a shipping question. My orders show a huge handling fee and small shipping fee. I've set it up so that each item weighs one ounce, and each ounce costs $2.00. I've also added a 25c handling fee. So, someone buys 4 things it should cost $8.25. but instead it looks like this:

Handling: $8.25 USD
Shipping: $2.00 USD

what's up? it charged $2.00 more than it should have, and I don't know where that came from. I checked all my products, and none of them have a hidden $2 charge. please help!

1. E-junkie passes shipping as handling fee when passing order to PayPal due to technical limitations of PayPal cart post.

2. Any amount you see in "shipping" is being added by PayPal due to your shipping settings in your PayPal profile. You should disable them and also enable "override profile based shipping" checkbox in your PayPal profile. You can contact PayPal for any questions you have about those features.
