I have a customer who purchase an e-book but had trouble downloading so clicked the link multiple times. Obviously the link expired for her now. Is there anyway I can reset it just for her or have her download in another way? (The file is too big for me to just email to her.) Thanks in advance, Tara # POSTED ON: April 28, 2011 @ 14:58 GMT -7 |

Yes, just get your Transaction ID for her order -- you can get this from your E-junkie Transaction Log or Sale Notification email, or from your PayPal history or receipt email -- then go to Seller Admin > "Re-activate expired link / re-send thank-you email" and paste the Transaction ID in there. :^) # POSTED ON: April 28, 2011 @ 15:43 GMT -7 |
