I deleted my old logo from the admin area and I've uploaded my new logo 3 times but when I test the links to the shoppingcart the old logo appears. Please tell me what I'm doing wrong. Thanks. Winnie # POSTED ON: October 3, 2011 @ 11:20 GMT -7 |

This is the logo we currently have for you: https://s3.amazonaws.com/logos.e-junkie.com/ 97151ffbea8d0ec43db1810ff3d2c2ea151384.jpg After you upload a new logo, if you want to see that on a page you've recently viewed where the logo is displayed, you may need to hold the Ctrl key (on PC) or Shift (on Mac) while you click Refresh/Reload; that forces your browser to reload a fresh copy of everything on the page, rather than showing you a copy it had cached from a previous visit. # POSTED ON: October 3, 2011 @ 17:29 GMT -7 |

Thanks. That's not the right logo. That's the old one. I deleted that one, uploaded the new one (3 times) and saved it. Any other ideas what I'm doing wrong? Thanks. # POSTED ON: October 4, 2011 @ 04:03 GMT -7 |

One more thing I just noticed: it appears the current logo on your account was last uploaded Tuesday, October 04, 2011 4:20:08 AM -- are you certain you're picking the correct file for the new logo to upload? Just in case there's some weird caching issue causing you to keep seeing your account's old logo rather than the one you have currently uploaded, I also saved a copy of your currently-uploaded logo and just now uploaded that to my own account, so you can view that here: https://s3.amazonaws.com/logos.e-junkie.com/ 0a770b47c4c67fe9a7f801fb41a2f6b320545.jpg Does that look like your new logo? If so, that's the same logo currently uploaded for your account that the general public would see. If you're not seeing that on your own E-junkie pages, maybe your browser keeps showing you a cached copy of the old logo (though the Ctrl-refresh trick should override that), or your ISP might have some Web content caching doing effectively the same thing. You can clear your browser's cache, but if it's your ISP caching the old logo, you can only wait for their cache of that content to expire. # POSTED ON: October 4, 2011 @ 13:16 GMT -7 |

Thanks very much for that detailed response. Yes, that's the new logo you have there. I must be having some bizarre caching problem as you said. I'll try clearing my history if the ctrl trick doesn't work. I thought I tried it but my brain is pretty fried right now. Thanks again. # POSTED ON: October 4, 2011 @ 17:46 GMT -7 |
