I cannot get the download checkbox to stay checked for the one pdf download item I have entered into e-junkie. Everything I go in to Edit the item, the download option is not checked even though I've uploaded the file. Why won't this button stay checked? I've gone through and unchecked all email template options but that still doesn't work. I've been trying to send myself a test thank you email with the download link and it NEVER contains the download link. What is going on?
