Once the customer buys through CB, they must click "complete the sale" and then they're taken to e-junkie and see "please Click here to download ****. And that works when I checked it out. Then I get an email from ejunkie that begins "You can download **** at http://wwwe-junkie,com/d etc. However, the customer already downloaded from CB so when they click on that link, e-junkie gives them the message that the download time has expired. How do I change the Thank-you message to remove the "you can download ...." and leave only my message which is "Thanks for your purchase etc.? # POSTED ON: December 2, 2007 @ 01:35 GMT -7 MODIFIED ON: December 2, 2007 @ 01:36 GMT -7 |

See customization section in the help page. Also, it's not the best idea to set the download limit to 1 as some people might need more than 1 attemp. It's your call though. # POSTED ON: December 2, 2007 @ 02:31 GMT -7 MODIFIED ON: December 2, 2007 @ 02:32 GMT -7 |

The customization section is only confusing. Why can't you show the Thank-You letter the customer receives in a normal format so I can edit it to my liking instead of all those variables. Why assume everyone is an IT Specialist just because you are? It's the e-junkie message that says "You can donwload **** at https:// etc" I don't want that message since they've downloaded it via Clickbank. So, how do I get rid of it or change it when it's not visible on the customization page you referred me to? And if it is visible, then where is it? # POSTED ON: December 2, 2007 @ 06:18 GMT -7 MODIFIED ON: December 2, 2007 @ 06:19 GMT -7 |

When you emable tempalted email option in the product configuration, our default text goes away and then you can use template variables to construct and email message that goes out. If you don't want anything fancy, you don't even need that page. What you can do in product configuration it to enter the email message exactly as you want it and simply tick the "templated email" checkbox. # POSTED ON: December 2, 2007 @ 10:48 GMT -7 |
