Hi, I do use 2checkout shopping cart integrated into my e-junkie account and redirect people to 2checkout.com for payment. Once the payment is successfully processed, users gets sale confirmation along with download link of the product. But this has not been case for my last three sales. I've sold 3 items but unfortunately, I had to provide download links manually since users were not able to get download links automatically right after the sale. Do you have any idea what might be wrong? I've not changed any settings in 2checkout and e-junkie. So it just happened suddenly. # POSTED ON: April 27, 2009 @ 04:23 GMT -7 |

I think the essential parts are approved url and secret keys, they are both entered correctly. Any help/suggestion on this issue is greatly appreciated # POSTED ON: April 27, 2009 @ 10:35 GMT -7 |

First, double-check every step of our 2CO integration procedure to make sure that no required settings have changed in your 2CO account and E-junkie account: http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/selling-with-2checkout.htm In particular, look at your product settings in 2CO and make sure you have nothing in your product-specific Approved URL fields -- you should only have a single, account-wide Approved URL as described in our integration procedure. # POSTED ON: April 27, 2009 @ 14:35 GMT -7 |

I placed a test order to confirm that customers are in fact being returned to your approved url correctly. Unfortunately it looks like the error is occurring on your return script when the customer is returned. There have been no recent changes in our purchase routine that could cause changes in the return process. This issue will have to be troubleshooted by the script developer. That is the answer sent from 2checkout for my ticket. I went over and over about how to integrate 2checkout shopping cart into an e-junkie account. I understand that I've made something wrong if I would be doing this for the first time, but I did it before and everything was working perfectly fine till couple of days ago when the problem first occurred. Please note that, this problem happened in the past as well (2 or 3 times), but it has never been a permanent issue. # POSTED ON: April 28, 2009 @ 03:55 GMT -7 MODIFIED ON: April 28, 2009 @ 03:58 GMT -7 |

That is rather strange, and we have received no similar reports from other sellers using 2CO. I wanted you to look over your 2CO settings in particular, just in case they somehow altered your settings or added a new, incomatible setting without your knowledge. I have asked our Lead Developer to look into your situation. # POSTED ON: April 28, 2009 @ 14:34 GMT -7 |

I don't anymore believe it to be an issue of e-junkie, since I created a trial account to check how it works, and still same problem. However, still any help and suggestions are welcome. # POSTED ON: April 28, 2009 @ 23:48 GMT -7 |

Good news, latest order has been processed with no problem and client received download link. I strongly hope that next orders are also going to be processed same, with no problem # POSTED ON: April 29, 2009 @ 09:45 GMT -7 |

"Error 005" indicates that our system could not successfully authenticate your Secret Word with 2CO: http://www.e-junkie.com/bb/topic/3135 Usually this means your Secret Word in E-junkie Seller Admin > Edit Profile is incorrect, but it could also mean that you are attempting some test checkouts in 2CO's Demo mode (we cannot support any payment processor's demo/test/sandbox mode), or even perhaps that 2CO's end did not respond to our Secret Word authentication attempt in a way that affirmed the code was accurate, so that could have been due to some temporary issue on their end. # POSTED ON: April 29, 2009 @ 16:52 GMT -7 MODIFIED ON: April 29, 2009 @ 16:52 GMT -7 |
