Hello I'm having a problem with discount codes and them not being applied:

Settings:

Product: All Cart Items
Discount Name: Test
Discount code: testing123
Expires: 2020-12-31 23:59:59
Max use: 10
Discount: 10 [flat]
Applies to: Item Total
Min Quanity: 1
Min Order 10

I tried with both googlecheck out and paypal. After I enter the Cart number, in the Cart Description it says:

Promotion:testing

Yet the discount was not applied to the price.

am I doing something wrong here?

Hm, you're saying the cart says "Promotion: testing", but the discount settings you described above say the code should be "testing123" (rather than just "testing").

If you are using Buy Now buttons (rather than cart buttons) with the modification to accept a discount code, that will pass along to checkout whatever discount code is entered, even if it does not match any discount, so that may be happening here?
