I'm getting calls that the add to cart button is not functioning. I tested myself on FF and IE and I cannot get the add to cart button to process. http://www.simplifun.com/Girls-Mystery-Party-Game-Kit-Case-Missing-Ring.htmlNo changes to the site in months. What may be happening?thanks,
The buttons are functioning properly now.
The problem has been intermittent throughout the morning. I came here earlier to check the Service Status and Updates page, but the site was down.
I am having same problem today. Intermittant outage of add to cart buttons this morning. Then they started working 30 minutes ago...and now they are not working again. Page is here: http://www.credit-aid.com/pro.htm . Tried all browsers. Im glad I logged in here to see others reporting same trouble today. Nice to see it's not just me, because I was about to start changing my settings. Hopefully e-junkie will resolve this quickly. Problems seem very rare. We love the service and uptime is very good.
Count me in as well. This has been an going problem now for some time from what I can tell and I wrote a support request to e-junkie a couple hours ago. I realised earlier there had been a prolonged period with no sales and when I went to check out the site the reason became obvious. Just ten minutes ago the whole e-junkie site was down so I think they have some problems right now. My site is quite busy with traffic right now so I hope they get this fixed quickly.
I'm having the same problem as you guys. One minute everything is fine, then the links don't work, then they do, then they don't. I'm new to e-junkie, is this common?
Ive never seen anything like this and we have been with e-junkie for several years and very happy. Uptime is very good for e-junkie. Luckily for my company Sundays are slow. I bet all will be good soon.
Sorry for the double post it happened because this site cut out as I was posting. I've tried contacting them through facebook, so I hope they will receive the message if they aren't already aware. I agree though that reliability is generally excellent and I can't remember a break down like this since I started about 12 months ago.
That's good to hear. Their products and prices seem to be excellent. I'm in the process of building my site and it was all working yesterday but when I went to continue work today and it was all down I figured I messed something up.
Just checked again. Everything is good here and buttons are now working fine. Seems to have all been fixed. Thanks e-junkie! Fast work!
No it's still coming and going. I notice it seems to coincide with their own site being down so I figure it's the e-junkie server itself that is playing up. More down time than up today unfortunately.
Just tested again. Everything is still good over here right now in all browsers.
It could be some kind of networking issue from their data centre that is not affecting everybody in the same way but I hope it gets properly fixed very quickly. I am still having real problems and it has taken several attempts each time I tried to post here because it keeps going down and that is matched on the site with the shopping cart http://www.nudephotopro.com/. As we've said before though e-junkie is normally excellent so I hope this is a very short lived blip.
Hi ashleykaryl, I just clicked on the link for your photo book, and the add to cart button brought up your cart perfectly. Hoepfully all is stablizing.
Hopefully yes but it took me 5 minutes just to get through to this web page after the subscription email arrived, so it looks like some areas are suffering more than others. I am in the UK. All my other normal surfing is working fine.
This is all I am seeing 90% of the time when I try to visit the forums and at the same time my cart is not working. http://www.sunnymede.net/screenshots/noaccess.png
I am having the same problem as others. My Add to Cart buttons are only working intermittently today. In addition, when I try to upload a pdf file in my Seller Admin I receive an apache server error or sometimes a strange error that tells me the file has moved. I've been having these problems all day. My concern is that my customers are having the same problems when trying to shop my store. Can someone monitoring this forum please provide updates?
