We fixed a glitch this morning which was briefly causing our system to send out blank email messages for new-account activations and apparently in some cases also for post-checkout thank-you/download-link emails; additionally, some of you may have encountered an "upload failed" error when uploading new product files during this brief window. Finally, as you may have noticed, forum-posting access was also down much of the day due to a series of upgrades our Development team undertook today.
Everything should be back to normal now, and we have already resent any activation and download emails (this time with the proper information!) from the affected period, so no further action should be required on our Merchants' part.
If you did not already get a new activation email, you may need to use the Forgot Password or Activation code function on our login page. Merchants are welcome to use their Seller Admin > "Send free thank-you email / download link" function to placate any confused customers. Some of you may need to logout of your Seller Admin and then login again if E-junkie still doesn't seem to work quite right for you.
