Hey ejunkies, I am trying to upload products to my online account here so I can sell on my website http://www.divorcepapers.com and whenever the product seems to be fully uploaded, I get an error message that says "authentication failed".Has anyone else experienced this type of issue and how to cure?-Joe
We would suggest logging out of Seller Admin and back in again. It might be a good idea to clear your browser cookies (or at least delete any cookies for "e-junkie.com") before you log back in and retry the upload.
