My remote file e-product downloads are not working. Customers are reporting (and I have confirmed with my own tests) of the correct file name but filesizes of 0kb. I have made no changes to the products in the admin tool and they worked fine earlier. I have also confirmed that they download correctly direct from the URL entered into the "Remote Product File URL" entered in the admin tool.
Please get this fixed ASAP--I have quite a few frustrated customers.
