I've been using E-Junkie since 2015 and it has been FLAWLESS the entire time. But yesterday & tonight I had customers reaching out via my support chat widget saying that when they enter in their card # (Visa) then the expiry, their curser/browser will not let them enter their CVC 3-digit code. They are stating that everything else is white and the CVC box is yellow.
I just tested this on my iMac w/ Chrome, worked fine with entering Visa details. Same with my phone (iPhone using Chrome). Any ideas for what this could be? This customer did clear their cache & cookies but still didn't work.
Thankfully the customer yesterday just gave up and used PayPal to purchase and the customer tonight said that it's no big deal and will try again tomorrow but I definitely don't want to be losing out on more sales!
