I've had quite a few customers who have downloaded my audio having problems accessing it. They say the audio stops running after a few minutes, so they have to go back their link (the link which is sent to them for download after payment) to reactivate it. Mostly they are using Iphones and Ipads - new and old ones (so it's not that they are using outdated equipment).
I've had some customers access the audio fine with iphones/ipads, but there are a stubborn few who simply can't because of this problem. I'm just refunding them at the moment. It's about 10 percent of my customers.
Any idea what I can say to them?
