Do I need multiple accounts to have preferences and details for different sites?

I'm in the middle of implementing a second virtual store totally independent of the first, but i'm starting to have organizational problems with the products and preferences. My question is, if it's posible to have multiple stores (accounts), or what are the avalible options.

You will need two E-junkie accounts if you want to have different preferences and details for both the sites.
