Download link was not received by the customer

Have had a few questions from my buyers regarding receipt of link to download items. i sell ebooks on ebay and am getting more customers say they have not received the link to download. any advice?

Please provide the customer support the transaction ID, the date of the transaction the

link to your eBay listing for which the transaction was and your E-junkie login email.
