Hi there, I have a tangible item with collect buyers address ticked.
However, my European customers, sometimes with odd characters in their address, are having to alter their address at a later stage (so far they've all done it) because e-junkie is sending data through to Trepstar but does not seem capable of sending certain characters, for example:
MÃƒÂ¼cke and SaarbrÃƒÂ¼cken come through initially, the customer then gets a Trepstar email about checking their address to which they update them without the A and quarter symbol.
What characters specifically does ejunkie not like/will not send? Are you able to update things a little so that these special characters make it past the collect address page and get through to trepstar correctly? I understand if that's not so possible, but what advice do you have to stop this happening in the future?
I could put "Please don't use special characters in the address box" on my website but tis a little unprofessional.
