I'm considering turning over my customer service responsibilities to one of my employees. Is there a way to setup a limited access login? Ideally I'd prefer they only have access to reactivate or send new download links. But I'd also prefer that don't have full access to customer logs only to verify a customer's purchase.
Unfortunately, at present we have no way to set up multiple different logins to access the same account, but we've got that on the wishlist as a potential new feature at some point in the future.
