A customer had a problem downloading a .pdf file and contacted me via email. They contacted me at my Paypal email address. This is not the email address that should be visible to customers. I have a separate email address for my paypal account, but my business email is what is on here for contact info. I'm wondering how when a sale is made, the customer is seeing my paypal account email? Is there anyway to avoid this?
Also, I'm trying to change my header. When I go to the transactions list, and click on a transaction ID...the header is my old header. Where do I go to update this header?
