Hi and thank in advance for your guidance on this issue...We have a flat $5.00 shipping fee for any purchase at http://worlddancenewyork-worldwide.com.If you click to buy any item on that page and enter a non-US country and postal code -- try "Australia" and "4214" to see this -- and then update -- the $5.00 shipping charge will appear in the eJunkie window. The payment notice from Paypal has always shown:Subtotal $33.97 USDHandling: $5.00 USDInsurance $0.00 USDTotal $38.97 USDPayment $38.97 USDPayment sent to orders@worlddancenewyork-worldwide.comHowever starting last night sometime between 5:11pm and 11:49 pm the "Handling" notification vanished. So now the Paypal payment notice always looks like this:Subtotal $33.97 USDInsurance $0.00 USDTotal $38.97 USDPayment $38.97 USDPayment sent to orders@worlddancenewyork-worldwide.comSo the total is still correct, but for some reason "Handling" has vanished. I don't know whether the customer sees this but anyway it should be fixed. I'm thinking maybe there is a signaling issue that crept in last night between eJunkie and Paypal that may be causing this anomaly. What do you think?-Scott
Hi Scott,You may wish to contact PayPal about this, there's nothing we can really do on this end about how PayPal chooses to display payment information in what they send out to your buyers.
