Each E-junkie account can only send payment to a single PayPal Email address. The only way to have payment sent to different PayPal Emails for different products would be to set up separate E-junkie accounts for each PayPal Email you wish to use.
That said, I'm guessing you meant to use your PayPal accounts' IPN settings to integrate with Aweber. Our system sends our own IPN requirements to PayPal for every order, which would override any manual IPN settings in your PayPal account; this allows PayPal to notify us when they complete an order payment, so we can process that order for you.
However, you can use our built-in Aweber integration method to subscribe buyers to different Aweber lists on a product-specific basis, all from a single E-junkie account using a single PayPal Email for all products:
