In the last two days, I have two customers tell me that they can't check out because the check page claims that there email address is invalid. both have claimed to re-enter it several times. I asked them if they had a space before or after and they claimed no. For one customer, I entered their order just fine on my computer, so I assumed it was user error. But today I get the same thing from another customer. Just wondering if anyone else is getting customers calling in with the same issue. The last customer told me they were using IE. I find it hard to believe that the customer entered their email address incorrectly so I'm guessing there is some real incompatibility here.
